In your initial discussion post,
· Describe the differences between cultural competence and cultural humility.
· Discuss the factors that limit uncomfortable discussions of race and privilege associated with White fragility.
· Identify three pitfalls and challenges that may hinder the attainment of cultural competency while maintaining implicit bias and stereotypes.
· Select two examples from your life (work and home) in which you did not use cultural humility and the negative outcomes that followed.
· Describe two solutions that will encourage you and your classmates to adopt sensitivity towards people from different races, classes, ethnicities, religions, and so forth.
